Description

  • Our client is looking for an Engineer – Inshop Technical Support (Technical Help Desk) to provide customer-facing technical support, including device setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for access devices.

Qualifications

  • HND / BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, or IT

Experience: 

  • 1–2 years in a similar role

Skills Needed:

  • Knowledge of WiFi, WiMAX, LTE, TCP/IP, and Networking
  • Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service skills

Salary
N105,000 per month.
