- Our client is looking for an Engineer – Inshop Technical Support (Technical Help Desk) to provide customer-facing technical support, including device setup, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for access devices.
Qualifications
- HND / BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, or IT
Experience:
- 1–2 years in a similar role
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge of WiFi, WiMAX, LTE, TCP/IP, and Networking
- Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting
- Strong customer service skills
Salary
N105,000 per month.
