SALID started out trading in Shea nuts in 2013 and is now in the process of metamorphosing into value addition by going into industrial processing of the Shea nuts into Shea butter.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Engineer (Electrical)
Location: Niger
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- To superintend the efficient workings and maintenance, design, development and implementation of improvements and solutions for productive, qualitative, safe and satisfactory operation of electrical-components of industrial equipment, machinery, manufacturing systems and processes.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Good First Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Field;
- Post Graduate qualification e.g. Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Field (OPTIONAL);
- Eight to Ten (8-10) years’ work experience in Electrical Engineering with at least three (3) years in a leadership role
- Proven work experience in manufacturing/processing plant supervisory role(s); (v). Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards and regulations;
- Professional membership of a Nigerian Engineering Regulatory Body (e.g. Council for Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) or/and Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE)).
