Job Description
Specific Targets:
- Reduce rate of Electrical equipment failures to achieve MTBF targets.
- Trending equipment vibration, temperature and shock Pulse to achieve minimum 85% of equipment reliability.
Description of Responsibilities / Functions
- First level Plant inspection using the four senses of smell, hear, touch and sight.
- Vibration, Shock Pulse and Temperature data collection and trend to monitor equipment health.
- Carries out thermographic studies of critical electrical equipment.
- Raise appropriate maintenance notification in SAP on any abnormality seen during condition monitoring and inspection.
- Carry out Motor online and offline testing, working knowledge of the use of PDMA MCE max Tester.
- Make downtime entries on ADAP.
Requirements
Competence for the job:
- HND / B. Eng in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 – 6 years of relevant Cement Industry.
