Job Summary
- As Travel, Fleet, and Logistics Executive, the candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the organization’s travel processes and logistics operations along ECOWAS Boarders.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of travel coordination, fleet management, and logistics operations.
Job Responsibilities
Travel Coordination:
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans for Executives and Staff, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
- Research and recommend travel options based on Executive and Staff preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel vendors to secure reservations and confirmations.
- Create detailed travel itineraries for Executives and Staff, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and contact information.
- Provide Executives and Staff with comprehensive travel documents, including visas, tickets and vouchers
- Update itineraries as needed and communicate any changes or updates to Staff
Logistics Optimization:
- Analyze and enhance logistics operations org-wide.
- Collaborate with vendors to streamline logistics processes.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and control travel-related expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Negotiate favorable contracts with travel agencies, hotels, car servicing companies and logistics providers.
Compliance and Safety:
- Conduct regular audits of fleet and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in all travel and logistics activities.
- Develop and implement safety protocols/procedures for all company logistics operations
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competences
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Salary
USD2,800 – USD3,600 per month.
