Job Summary
- We are looking for smart, reliable sales personnel that can drive and make use of smart phones.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions and support.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback efficiently and professionally.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Participate in sales meetings, networking events, and conferences on behalf of the company.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Provide management with feedback on market trends, competitive products, and potential improvements.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated with the latest product developments and trends.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to clients and potential customers.
Salary
N75,000 – N100,000 / month.
