Job Title: Driver

Job Purpose
- The Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for the organization.
- The role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, company policies, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, goods, and company property.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and materials to designated locations.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained in excellent condition by carrying out routine checks (fuel, oil, water, tires, lights, etc.).
- Adhere strictly to road traffic laws and company driving policies.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure road worthiness of vehicles.
- Report any vehicle faults, damages, or maintenance needs immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and servicing.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean, inside and out, at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods, materials, or equipment when required.
- Provide timely and courteous transportation service to staff and visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion while transporting management and sensitive documents.
Requirements
Criteria:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with local routes, road networks, and traffic regulations.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
Skills Required:
- Excellent driving skills with strong attention to safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High sense of responsibility, reliability, and integrity.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Salary
N70,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
