Area of activity
The medical service ensures medical care, health prevention and health promotion for all GIZ employees within the framework of the legally prescribed framework and special operational issues at home and abroad. It is embedded in the health services department together with psychosocial counseling and occupational health management.
Your tasks
- Medical care virtually and in the presence of our internationally active employees
- Implementation of the vaccination consultation and emergency care at the Eschborn location
- Participation in the emergency call service 24/7/365 for medical questions from foreign employees and their families
- Support in occupational health care at all GIZ locations in Germany and worldwide
- Participation in company health management
your profile
- Completed university degree in human medicine; completed specialist * specialist training, e.g. in general medicine or internal medicine is desirable
- Completed courses in theoretical occupational medical training; Pre-occupational medical experience is desirable
- Experience in the field of tropical medicine or. Experience abroad is desirable
- High social and a pronounced communication skills
- Negotiable knowledge of German and good another language
