Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are seeking a reliable and professional Dispatch Rider to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to specified destinations in a timely manner, ensuring all items are handled with care. 

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver items as assigned to various locations in Ikeja and surrounding areas.
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups.
• Ensure the security of all items during transit.
• Follow all safety and traffic regulations.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on the motorcycle and report any issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling items with care and interacting politely with clients.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
• Experience: At least 2-5years of experience as a Dispatch Rider.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of Lagosand its road network.
• Ability to read and interpret maps and navigation systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A fast learner.
• License: Valid Rider’s License.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to work long hours and handle the physical demands of the job.
• Personal Traits: Punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
