Objectives:
The Digital Marketing Officer (DMO) will collaborate with the Social Marketing (SM) team and the Integrated Marketing & Communication unit to enhance customer growth through digital channels. The DMO will be responsible for optimizing the online presence of MSI Nigeria’s Social Marketing activities and commodities, analyzing customer behavior data, and developing strategies to build the MSI Nigeria SM brand. Success in this role will be measured by customer growth and increased usage of Social Marketing commodities among target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Management of MSI Nigeria SM Digital Platforms
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, and the MSI Nigeria SM Website.
- Optimize the customer growth funnel and pipeline, focusing on strategies to reach and convert potential customers.
- Create and advise on original content to drive brand awareness and audience growth.
- Analyze competitor brands and suggest creative strategies to attract customers.
- Manage a media platform to boost SM visibility and ensure message alignment.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating against ROI and KPIs.
- Promotion and Management of Corporate and Social Events
- Collaborate with the Communications, External Relations, and Advocacy Unit to create social media toolkits, campaign talking points, and communication strategy documents.
- Maintain an effective social engagement calendar and optimize posting schedules based on web traffic and customer engagement.
- Drive buzz around MSI Nigeria SM activities on social media.
- Highlight significant days in the health industry through blogs, podcasts, skits, and other media forms.
- Engage with relevant bloggers to maintain continuous social media presence for SM brands.
- Administrative and Cross-Cutting Duties
- Manage CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and attribution modeling tools at an admin level.
- Collaborate effectively with all management and staff levels within the organization.
- Provide capacity building on new media skills for the SM Unit.
- Perform other applicable duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Education:Â A first degree in communication, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience:Â At least 3 years of post-NYSC experience in result-oriented marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing SEO, affiliate programs, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in pulling data into Excel or SQL.
- Knowledge of web development and graphic design.
- Skills:Â Excellent written and verbal communication skills, project management, and a self-starter attitude.
- Interpersonal:Â Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical:Â Integrated Marketing Campaign / Multi-channel Marketing experience, familiarity with reproductive and sexual health, and current trends in online marketing.
