Job Title: Digital Marketer / Traffic Acquisition Manager (Digital Publishing)

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

  • We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer/Traffic Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for driving traffic to our digital publishing platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a proven track record of success in increasing audience engagement and acquisition, and a passion for delivering compelling content to our target audience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions on our digital publishing platforms.
  • Utilize a variety of channels including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive traffic and acquire new users.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and traffic acquisition, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to create compelling content and optimize user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on traffic acquisition and audience growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
