Job Title: Digital Marketer / Social Media Manager

Job Description
- We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer & Social Media Manager to increase our online presence, engage our audience, and drive product visibility across all digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and capable of transforming online engagement into meaningful business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Manage social media platforms: content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Run paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms and Google Ads.
- Track analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize results.
- Conduct competitor/audience research to improve marketing decisions.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and storytelling style.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Management, Operations) to align marketing goals.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management
- Experience in sales support and lead generation is an added advantage.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, analytics & customer acquisition funnels.
- Graphic design and video editing experience (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management.
- Ability to work with KPIs and deliver results under deadlines.
Salary
N180,000 – N200,000 per month.
