Job Title: Digital Marketer / Graphics Designer
Location: Sangotedo, Ajah – Lagos

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate or related industry.
- Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Excellent content marketing skills, including copywriting, photography, and video editing.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of SEO,Google Ads, and web traffic metrics is a plus and other Basic website knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting, scheduling, and engaging with followers.
- Develop and curate high-quality content (text, images, videos) that aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.
- Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, and campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
- Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Build and nurture relationships with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our digital strategy fresh and effective.
