Doctors Without Borders, an international humanitarian medical association established in 1971, provides medical assistance to populations facing crises that threaten their survival, mainly in armed conflicts, but also of’ epidemics, natural disasters or’exclusion of care. The French section of MSF is present in some thirty countries.
We’re looking for un.e Assistant· digital communication in alternance.
Mission :
The Department of Communication of MSF-France is looking for a· assistant in digital communication in alternance to help in the production and dissemination of digital content from September 2024 for 12 months.
Within the’ digital team, composed of’une in charge of digital projects and’a community manager :
- He/she assists the daily community manager (CM) in the’animation of social networks (publication, moderation, performance analysis, tests), and participates in the creation/dissemination of new formats ;
- He/she produces dedicated content for TikTok and Instagram ;
- He/she supports the digital project manager in the statistical and behavioral analysis of the traffic of the msf.fr site ;
- He/she participates in the’animation editorial of the site msf.fr and digital communication media (writing, editing, publication) ;
- He/she participates in various digital projects, from the’studie/benchmark phase to the implementation ;
- In collaboration with the’ digital team, he/she participates in the creation of’a regular reporting.
Profile sought :
Formation : BAC level training +3 or higher, in Communication / Web / Journalism /Political Sciences.
Skills :
- Good knowledge of social networks and distribution channels (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, threads, bluesky, whatsapp, etc.) and specific features of each (edits, videos, videos, videos, videos, videos, videos, videos, etc.), additions of music, subtitles, etc.).
- Good knowledge of the trends that are developing on social networks, applicable to the communication of’ONG.
- Familiarity with’writing web and publishing on CMS (Drupal).
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop..).
- Canva’s Mastery.
- Being at the’al and in front of a camera to animate TikTok videos.
Aptitudes : creativity and taste for’innovation, spirit of’initiative, spirit of’analysis, rigor and sense of’organization, excellent writing skills, taste for teamwork. Interest in the’humanitarian/associative universe.
Languages : English/Current French (oral and written).
Status : Professionalization or’apprenticeship contract over one year. Please attach the school schedules to the application. Post based in Paris.
Conditions : Remuneration of 43% to 100% of the SMIC according to the’age and the level of’studies. Complementary health care 100% supported by MSF. Titles restaurants d’a face value of 11€ (60% support by Doctors Without Borders). Support for 50% of the’public transport subscription.
