About the Role
- We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DI Machine Operator with a background in graphic design to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Direct Imaging (DI) printing machine, while also providing design support for pre-press and layout tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain DI (Direct Imaging) printing machines to produce high-quality print materials.
- Prepare and manage print files for production.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the DI machine.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate color matching and file setup.
- Review customer artwork and ensure files meet print specifications.
- Monitor print jobs for quality and consistency throughout the production process.
- Assist in the design and layout of print-ready artwork when required.
- Manage deadlines and production schedules efficiently.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience operating DI printing machines.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a print production environment.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Strong understanding of pre-press processes and file preparation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to print quality..
- Ability to work independently and under pressure..
Preferred Qualities:
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Fast learner and adaptable to new print technologies.
- Passion for print and design.
Salary
N150,000 / Month.
