The Opportunity
In this exciting role as the Deployment Functional Specialist – Finance for programme Y.O.D.A you will play a pivotal role in providing functional support to the deploying countries as they successfully adopt to the new business process D365 system. You will be working closely with the BRD (Business, Readiness and Deployment) team as well as the business process owner for Finance, in addition to the global and regional hub functional teams to ensure business processes are understood, providing subject matter expertise in finance and the functional systems process to end users.
The Individual
- We are looking to recruit an individual who has extensive knowledge of finance processes and accounting, as well as systems experience using SAP/SAP BI or D365.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools particularly MS Forms, Sharepoint, Teams, while knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies would be beneficial.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, with proficiency in French/Portuguese/Spanish being desirable.
- You will need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, coupled with a highly efficient and organized approach, enabling effective prioritization and multitasking.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and a commitment to promoting equality are essential attributes, along with a proactive attitude towards learning and taking initiative. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively while managing multiple priorities are also key requirements for this role.
