We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Officer

Location: Ogijo, Ogun

Job Description

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity
  • Maintain accurate records of stock level, ensuring timely replenishment of materials.
  • Organize and store materials in a manner that optimizes space and facilitates easy access.
  • Preparing physical stock vs Navision stock on a monthly basis.
  • Enter and update inventory data in the management system accurately.
  • Prepare and maintain records of stock movement, receipts Note in Navision
  • Preparing reports on inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety standards
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in handling materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficient in data entry and inventory management software.
  • Well versed with Microsoft excel and Navision, Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as a team
