Job Description
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and quantity
- Maintain accurate records of stock level, ensuring timely replenishment of materials.
- Organize and store materials in a manner that optimizes space and facilitates easy access.
- Preparing physical stock vs Navision stock on a monthly basis.
- Enter and update inventory data in the management system accurately.
- Prepare and maintain records of stock movement, receipts Note in Navision
- Preparing reports on inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety standards
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in handling materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace to promote safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficient in data entry and inventory management software.
- Well versed with Microsoft excel and Navision, Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as a team
