- As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable insights.

- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Gathering data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and logs.
- Performing data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and data visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present key performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers and software developers to identify data needs and analytics requirements.
- Interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business strategies and product improvements.
- Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of product changes and new features.
- Analyze software performance and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
- Utilize machine learning algorithms and predictive models to anticipate user behavior and trends.
- Propose data-driven solutions to improve user engagement and software performance.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and software development.
- Suggest process improvements and innovations to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a software development or technology-focused environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau,Excel, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies.
- Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
