Job Summary
- Our client is looking for a dynamic and results-driven D2C Sales & Marketing Manager to lead B2B institutional sales, modern trade, supermarket channels, and digital e-commerce initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships through both traditional and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate B2B sales and expand presence in supermarkets and modern trade.
- Lead e-commerce strategy and manage digital sales platforms nationwide.
- Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads).
- Organize trade shows, activations, and B2B promotional events.
- Build relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field.
- 6-8 years proven experience in B2B sales, modern trade, and digital e-commerce.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, PowerPoint, and digital marketing platforms.
- Self-motivated, strategic, and customer-oriented.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 per month.
