Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Social Media Handler.
This dual-role position is responsible for providing excellent customer support while also managing our brand’s presence on social media.
The ideal candidate is friendly, tech-savvy, and capable of communicating effectively across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms.
Resolve complaints, process returns/exchanges, and provide product/service information.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer queries in a timely and friendly manner.
Schedule and post engaging content in line with the brand’s voice and guidelines.
Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotions.
Monitor trends, gather insights, and provide feedback to improve customer engagement.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and tools.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Tech-savvy with good typing and computer skills.
Salary
N100, 000 – N150,000 Monthly
