Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.
- Handle calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record and manage customer feedback and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on pending issues.
- Support the sales and operations team when needed.
Requirements
- Qualification: OND / BSc
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
