We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Shomolu, Onipanu, Yaba, Oyingbo, Surulere, or Costain – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • AppleStore.ng is looking for a vibrant and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative who can also act in or create content!
  • Are you confident, creative, and good with customers and the camera?

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, messages, DMs, and emails.
  • Offer technical support and product guidance on Apple gadgets.
  • Process orders, pay out, and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for content-related tasks (acting, scripting, or ideation).
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and deliver top-tier customer experience.
  • Represent the brand’s energy and personality in content when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND / HND / BSc in any field.
  • At least 1 year work experience in customer service (tech or retail preferred).
  • Must know how to use an iPhone effectively.
  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken.
  • Energetic, confident, and comfortable in front of a camera (for those applying as actor/content face).
  • Content writing or acting skills (at least one is required).
  • Customer-first mindset with good problem-solving ability.
  • Familiarity with online customer service tools and social media.
  • Must reside within the listed Lagos areas for easy commuting.
  • Must be reliable and open to learning quickly.
  • Must be available on Saturdays and for night shifts.

Salary
N140,000  monthly.
