Locations: Abuja; Lekki, Mainland, Victoria Island & Apapa – Lagos; Port Harcourt – Rivers
Job Summary
- Our client is seeking to recruit highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officers to join their team.
- We are recruiting for Customer Service Officers who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting the products and services of our client, a commercial bank.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Promote the bank’s products and services to customers
- Process customer transactions and provide account information
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Previous experience in customer service or banking industry is an added advantage.
Salary
N120,000 monthly.
