Locations: Abuja; Lekki, Mainland, Victoria Island & Apapa – Lagos; Port Harcourt – Rivers

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking to recruit highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Officers to join their team.
  • We are recruiting for Customer Service Officers who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting the products and services of our client, a commercial bank.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote the bank’s products and services to customers
  • Process customer transactions and provide account information
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BSC) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any field
  • Maximum age of 28 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous experience in customer service or banking industry is an added advantage.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
