Job Title: Customer Service Officer & Advisor
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Following up with leads and potential clients via phone calls, emails and social media.
- Closing sales with prospective clients.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing online enquiries, registrations and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (2:1 or First class) or HND (Upper Credit or Distinction).
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers and smartphones.
- Familiar with CRMs.
- Experience working with customer support and sales closing.
- Achievement orientated
- Must be teachable
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team
- High level of problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Understanding of needs and issues of clients.
