Job Title: Customer Service & Engagament Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos

About the Role
- Alpha’s Touch is seeking a smart, reliable, level-headed and organized Customer Service & Client Enagement Officer to join our growing team.
- This person will play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy, our laundry processes run smoothly, and our communication is top-notch.

Key Responsibilities
- Speak and write fluently in English for all customer interactions
- Supervise the contact center team across our outlets
- Oversee washing, ironing, packaging, and delivery to ensure top-quality service
- Send invoices, confirm payments, and issue receipts to customers
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and messages (inquiries & complaints)
- Handle DMs and other interactions on our socialmedia account.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and keep the database updated
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Must live in or very close to Surulere
- Female candidates preferred
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous experience in customer service is a strong advantage
- Must be punctual, reliable, and organized.
Salary
N60,000 – N70,000 monthly.
