Job Summary
- As the Customer Growth & Experience Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and managing the end-to-end customer journey across delivery platforms, social media, and digital channels.
- You will design growth strategies, lead service teams, and ensure seamless customer interactions that drive loyalty, retention, and brand equity.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies to increase repeat orders, referrals, and customer lifetime value
- Oversee customer support channels, ensuring quick resolution and high service standards
- Manage social media engagement, online reputation, and delivery platform ratings
- Lead and coach customer service teams, tracking KPIs and recommending improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role.
- Proven experience in customer service, customer success, or engagement (food, hospitality, or tech preferred)
- Familiarity with delivery platforms (e.g., Bolt Food, Uber Eats, Jumia Food) and social media tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
