We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Experience / Community Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Responsibilities
- Support with Heart: Respond to guest and host inquiries across live chat, email, and social media with warmth, speed, and clarity.
- Smooth Onboarding: Guide new guests and hosts through KYC verification, account setup, and listing/booking best practices.
- Trust Building: Enforce quality and safety standards through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Community Vibes: Help cultivate our host and guest communities through events, feedback loops, and personalized engagement.
- Spot Trends: Identify recurring user issues or feature requests and relay insights to Product, Marketing, or Ops.
- Track & Improve: Use data and tools to monitor satisfaction, response times, and resolution quality, then work with the team to constantly raise the bar.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or community support roles.
- Familiarity with KYC or verification processes.
- Multilingual abilities (are added advantage)
- Interest in local culture, food, and events, or just a curious traveler at heart!
- Bonus: Experience with booking systems, multi-vendor platforms, or working with African tech infrastructure.
