The firm was established in 2003 to help Nigerians and Africans, in extension,experience the true feel of dairy products; primarily fresh milk and yoghurt.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Provide customers with information about products, promotions, and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service delivery.
- Monitor and report recurring customer issues to management for resolution.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 2–4 years experience in customer service, preferably in FMCG or retail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management tools.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple customer needs simultaneously.
Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / month.
