LifeBank is currently working on the blood shortage problem in Nigeria by connecting hospitals to blood banks, and blood banks to donors. We do this by hosting blood drives and by delivering blood in less than 55 minutes, in a WHO and EU recommended cold-chain, to Hospitals.

Job Title: Customer Acquisition Agent

Locations: Enugu, Kano and Portharcourt – Rivers

Job Overview

  • This role will be responsible for identifying new sales prospects, and driving digital sales of LifeBank core products through the Nerve App.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services
  • Communicating regularly with the Vice President of Sales about the status of projects and issues that could impact performance
  • Identifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or services
  • The Customer Acquisition Agent plays a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on customer satisfaction for the business.
  • The Customer Acquisition Agent develops and builds relationships and partnerships by being attentive, service-oriented, and courteous to customers and extensive partners.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Sales or any related field
  • At least 3 years experience as a business developer Rep/sales officer
  • Charismatic, outgoing, with great communication skills, a people person, relentless, and above all committed, driven and hardworking.
