We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Credit & Risk Analyst
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
Analyze financial statements and ratios to assess borrower’s financial health
Evaluate lending risks and identify cost reduction opportunities
Collaborate with clients and loan officers on credit decisions
Prepare loan applications and develop risk mitigation strategies
Recommend credit limits for new customers
Verify the authenticity of the provided documents
Ensure loan proposals comply with bank credit policy
Recommend adjustments to credit policies based on market trends
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or HND holder
2-4 years of relevant work experience in a financial institution
MCP is an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and Core Banking software applications
Ability to navigate compliance issues
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Credit and portfolio management
Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
Risk assessment expertise
Great communication and negotiation skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N180,000 Monthly.
