- We’re looking for a Cost Control Support professional to join our dynamic Finance Team.
- You will play a critical role in managing shipping cost accuracy, compliance, reporting, and financial control to support global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and validate costs against applicable tariffs; report discrepancies.
- Accurately report shipping cost data to HQ in a timely manner.
- Reconcile intercompany and vendor accounts, and perform cost substantiation per vessel.
- Support monthly financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
- Maintain ERP records, post invoices, and contribute to audit processes.
- Prevent fund leakages and ensure full alignment with financial policies.
What We’re Looking For
- B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, cost control, or treasury.
- ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- ERP systems knowledge (SAP, MS Dynamics, SAGE preferred).
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Experience in the shipping or maritime industry is a plus.
