Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive corporate sales, expand market share, and build strong long-term relationships with business clients.
  • The role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales goals and profitability.
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with new corporate clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements with corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional strategies that drive sales.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets.
  • Represent the company at business functions, trade shows, and industry networking events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding corporate sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable sales initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Strong business acumen and networking abilities.
