Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and experienced Corporate Driver to join our Admin/Operations team in Lagos.
- The Corporate Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and courteous transportation services to company executives, staff, and official guests.
- The role requires excellent driving skills, good knowledge of Lagos Road networks, vehicle maintenance awareness, and adherence to traffic regulations and company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company executives, staff, and visitors to designated locations safely and promptly.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and fueled.
- Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a daily vehicle logbook for mileage, trips, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with road safety regulations, company driving policies, and Lagos State traffic laws.
- Conduct daily checks on vehicle condition (brakes, tires, lights, oil, etc.).
- Support the Admin/Operations department with errands, document deliveries, or logistics as required.
- Assist in loading and offloading light items as necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive company matters or communications overheard.
Requirements & Qualifications
- SSCE / OND minimum qualification.
- Valid driver’s license and LASDRI permit.
- Minimum of 5 years proven driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
- Familiarity with Lagos Road networks, traffic patterns, and alternate routes.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Neat appearance and professional conduct.
- Good communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- Must reside within Lagos (preferably mainland or proximity to office location).
- Must not be older than 40 years of age.
Working Conditions:
- Monday to Friday, with flexibility for weekends or after-hours based on operational needs.
- Occasional inter-state travel may be required.
