Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook with strong experience in preparing a wide range of continental and non-continental (local/ethnic) cuisines. The ideal candidate should be creative, organized, and able to deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental and non-continental dishes to high standards.
- Plan menus, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure timely meal preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years proven experience as a cook or chef.
- Expertise in both continental and non-continental cuisines.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety standards and food hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Culinary training or certification is a plus.
- Must be available for immediate start
