Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly driven B2B Sales Executive to lead strategic client acquisition and revenue growth within the logistics and customs clearing industry.
- The Contract Sales Associate will have an excellent track record in high-level B2B sales, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and management of high-value corporate clients, including multinationals, importers, manufacturers, and exporters.
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market share in freight forwarding, customs clearing, and logistics services.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.
- Prepare and present high-impact proposals, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
- Mentor the junior Sales Associate and contribute to the development of the sales department.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
- Monitor industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
- Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and high-level business forums.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1years in a senior role within the logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearing industry.
- Proven ability to win and manage large accounts and corporate contracts.
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping, trade compliance, and customs regulations.
- Exceptional negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
