Job Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly driven B2B Sales Executive to lead strategic client acquisition and revenue growth within the logistics and customs clearing industry.
  • The Contract Sales Associate will have an excellent track record in high-level B2B sales, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition and management of high-value corporate clients, including multinationals, importers, manufacturers, and exporters.
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to increase market share in freight forwarding, customs clearing, and logistics services.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored logistics solutions.
  • Prepare and present high-impact proposals, service-level agreements (SLAs), and pricing models.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful onboarding of new clients.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Mentor the junior Sales Associate and contribute to the development of the sales department.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Monitor industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, client meetings, and high-level business forums.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1years in a senior role within the logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearing industry.
  • Proven ability to win and manage large accounts and corporate contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of international shipping, trade compliance, and customs regulations.
  • Exceptional negotiation, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
