Swift Consulting Limited – our client, a Real Estate company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Community Manager

Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the Realtors team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of community meetings, decisions, and actions.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with homeowners, board members, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute reports on community activities,and other relevant topics.
  • Manage the community’s social media presence and respond to comments and messages.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, residents, and other stakeholders to foster a sense of community.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that the community is well-managed and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • B.Sc/ HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a Community manager role, preferably in the Real Estate Sector.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and Leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and other sales enablement technologies.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
