Job Summary
- We are seeking passionate and dedicated Community Health Workers with experience or interest in pharmacy support to join our healthcare team.
- The ideal candidates will support pharmacy operations in community settings, assist in data collection, and provide essential health education to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist
- Read and interpret prescriptions accurately
- Use pharmacy software for data entry and inventory tracking
- Educate community members on basic medication usage and health practices
- Support outreach programs focused on preventive healthcare
- Maintain accurate patient records and report findings to supervisors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum of an SSCE/OND/HND in a health-related or science discipline
- Experience of at least 2 years in pharmacy or community health work is an added advantage
- Ability to read and interpret prescriptions correctly
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy software or willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about community development and patient care
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 monthly.
