We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Communications Intern

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• This role is ideal for a creative and proactive individual with a passion for storytelling, digital content creation, and impactful communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
• Assist with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Assist in maintaining brand and messaging consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct preliminary research to support communication campaigns and initiatives. 
• Assist with content writing for internal announcements, newsletters, blog posts and slide decks.
• Assist in tracking and following up on communication-related action items and deliverables.

Requirements

• Recent Graduate in a related field.
• Excellent research, presentation, critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail. 
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google suite, and content tools such as customer.io and social media management is a plus.
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
