Job Title: Communication Intern – Video Editing

Job Description
- The position holder will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual content that communicates ECEWS mission and engages our audience.
- Work closely with our communications team to edit footage, craft narratives, and produce high-quality videos that effectively convey our message.
- Editing raw footage into engaging videos that align with the organization’s branding and goals.
- Collaborate with the communications team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure that video content is visually appealing, coherent, and effectively communicates the intended message.
- Incorporate graphics, effects, and other elements to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- Review and revise edited videos based on feedback from team members.
- Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Minimum Recruitment Standard
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling.
- Prior experience in video editing or related fields is preferred but not required.
