Job Summary
- We are looking to hire a smart, customer-focused Coffee Attendant to join our team in a high-traffic, upscale retail environment.
- The ideal candidate must be passionate about hospitality, have a keen eye for detail, and be willing to learn.
- This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste in all drinks served.
- Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries about the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation and serving area.
- Restock supplies and report low inventory levels promptly.
- Operate basic coffee machines and ensure daily maintenance checks are done.
- Handle customer orders, payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Support team in general upkeep of the outlet, including clearing tables and managing waste.
Requirements
- 0 – 1 year of relevant work experience (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good sense of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be punctual, courteous, and reliable.
- Must reside in or around Ikoyi, Lagos.
