Job Title: CNC Operator
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Job Summary
- The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision parts and components.
- This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines, including loading programs, setting tool offsets, and adjusting machine parameters.
- Operation: Operate CNC machines, monitoring production and adjusting machine settings as needed.
- Part Inspection: Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, using measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot CNC machine issues, identifying and resolving problems related to programming, tooling, or machine malfunction.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines, replacing worn parts, and updating software.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures, ensuring parts meet specifications and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, including part numbers, quantities, and inspection results.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND qualification with 2-8 years experience.
