Job Title: Client Service Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.
- Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage client budgets, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure project delivery meets client expectations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Communicate project progress and results to clients
- Attend client meetings and take minutes.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications and Marketing or related field.
- 3 – 4 years of relevant agency experience in a similar role.
- Ability to conceptualize business strategy and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
