Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with key clients, driving client satisfaction and retention through personalized support, and identifying growth opportunities within accounts. Your sales expertise will be essential in understanding client needs, identifying upsell opportunities, and positioning our solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Understand Client Needs: Actively listen to client feedback, anticipating needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Leverage sales skills to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to address client needs promptly and effectively.
  • Track Client Metrics: Monitor client satisfaction, retention, and account growth metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • BSc / HND in any relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years in a sales or client management role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build rapport, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
