Job Summary
- The Client Relationship and Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationships with our clients across the country.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Oversee all customer touchpoints to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
- Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations and proposals.
- Assist in post-sales activities to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing customer support.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
- Oversee social media channels to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements
- BSC/HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client relationship or customer experience role, preferably in a startup environment.
- Proven experience with CRM tools and social media management.
- Strong understanding of logistics, e-commerce, relationship management, and customer experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
