Job Summary
- As the Client Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from initial inquiry through to post-service follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage client expectations throughout the restoration process, from initial consultation to final delivery.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, service histories, and communication logs in our CRM system.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, assess leather items, and provide accurate estimates and service recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Account Executive, Client Relations, Customer Service Management, or Sales.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
