We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chinese Sales and Marketing Manager
Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, developers, NGOs, and government stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare sales presentations, proposals, and technical briefs
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field in Nigeria or China
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the solar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of solar technologies and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Salary
N700,000 – N1,000,000 Monthly.
