Job Title: Chief Security Officer (CSO)
Location: LASU Road, Iba – Lagos

Summary
- As our CSO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy to protect our people, property, and operations.
- You will oversee a team of security supervisors, guards, and CCTV operators while coordinating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enforcement of mall-wide security policies and procedures.
- Manage security personnel and vendors to ensure full coverage, discipline, and performance.
- Supervise CCTV, access control, and emergency response protocols.
- Investigate incidents such as theft, vandalism, and staff misconduct.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
- Coordinate drills and safety briefings for staff and tenants.
- Provide regular reports on incidents, risk assessments, and loss prevention.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Studies, Criminology, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 – 10 years’ experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in retail, hospitality, or commercial environments.
- Experience managing large-scale facilities with high human traffic.
- Strong understanding of Lagos-based security challenges.
- Proficiency in surveillance systems, security audits, and incident reporting.
- Retired Military personnel is an added advantage.
