Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to lead and optimize our fashion brand’s operations.
  • You will drive business growth, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution across sales, operations, and creative departments.
  • The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on operational expertise to deliver excellence and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, revenue, and market expansion.
  • Lead and oversee departmental heads, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, sales, finance, HR, and creative teams.
  • Analyze customer insights, sales data, and market trends to guide business decisions.
  • Lead growth-focused projects from planning to execution.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI and operational effectiveness.
  • Support development of internal systems, processes, and scalable policies.
  • Represent the brand in external meetings, partnerships, and investor discussions.
  • Define and maintain the brand’s creative identity and oversee design, campaigns, and visuals.
  • Mentor and guide creative, operational, and sales teams to enhance performance and innovation.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and operations, maintaining quality standards.
  • Track order fulfillment, inventory, and production to meet timelines and customer expectations.
  • Identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced Degree is a plus.
  • 7 –10 years of experience in senior operational, creative, or growth-focused roles within fashion or retail.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth, optimize operations, and manage multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of fashion production, quality control, trend analysis, and merchandising.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
  • Customer-focused and capable of fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining operational excellence.
