Job Responsibilities
- Leadership: Provide visionary leadership, mentoring, and inspiration to a dynamic team of professionals.
- Cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Develop measurable highest standards of service delivery, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Oversee and drive successful project executions from inception to completion.
- Maintain and enforce technical, operational, and creative excellence across all projects.
- Oversee the efficient management of project budgets and operational finances.
- Manage supplier recruitment and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Foster team spirit, nurture our young and agile talents.
Job Requirements
- A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field. Relevant professional qualifications and industry memberships are an added advantage.
- 5-10 yearsexperience in marketing communications or advertising, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of diverse marketing communications disciplines.
- The ability to evaluate and guide creative outputs with flair and precision.
