Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Job Description

  • The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategic direction across all business units of the Group, with a strong focus on Real Estate Development, Construction, and property technology solutions.
  • The COO will oversee business operations, drive innovation, ensure profitability, and align the company’s goals with emerging market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to achieve growth and profitability objectives across all group subsidiaries (Real Estate, Construction, and Aviation).
  • Oversee feasibility, funding, and execution of large-scale construction and smart development projects.
  • Ensure optimal performance of all departments: Construction, Finance, HR, Tech, Sales/Marketing, and Client Services.
  • Monitor and improve cross-functional collaboration between Construction teams, Tech units (ERP, CRM, smart infrastructure) and Back-End Office.
  • Drive operational excellence by establishing KPIs and performance benchmarks across subsidiaries.
  • Champion the integration of technology across the group’s operations (including smart homes,
  • virtual site inspections, and CRM/ERP systems).
  • Oversee product development teams in designing scalable digital solutions for customer and internal use.
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Review construction progress, quality control, project timelines, and cost performance.
  • Ensure adherence to building regulations, legal standards, and health & safety compliance.
  • Direct financial planning and analysis, capital structure, cash flow, and investment strategies.
  • Build good relationships with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure cost-efficiency, value engineering, and profitability of each business vertical.
  • Maintain strong corporate governance, ensuring legal, regulatory, and ethical compliance.
  • Identify potential risks (financial, operational, and reputational) and deploy mitigation strategies.
  • Report to the Board of Directors on overall performance, risk, and compliance issues.
  • Build and lead a high-performing executive team across the group.
  • Drive organizational culture centered on innovation, integrity, performance, and inclusiveness.
  • Lead executive succession planning and employee engagement at all levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum of 12–15 years of senior leadership experience in real estate, construction, or technology-related sectors
  • Proven track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering major real estate or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation in real estate/construction.
