Job Title: Chef (Female)
Location: Yaba, Lagos

General Responsibilities
Food Preparation and Cooking:
- Plan, prepare, and cook meals according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
Menu Development:
- Design and update menus based on seasonal ingredients, customer demand, and cost analysis.
- Create special dishes or themed menus for events.
Kitchen Management:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Assign tasks to kitchen staff and supervise their work.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Order ingredients and equipment while minimizing waste
- Must be able to prepare intercontinental Dishes:
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an FSLC / NCE or OND qualification with 2 – 3 years work experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.
- Creativity: Ability to innovate with recipes and presentation.
- Leadership: Strong management skills to lead and motivate the kitchen team.
- Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N150,000 / month.
